Jeremy “Jerry” Cooley has been a member of the Lenox Law firm for over 20 years. Mr. Cooley exclusively practices medical malpractice defense, and board of medical examiners defense. Over his career, Mr. Cooley has defended hundreds of medical professional defendants ranging from nurses, to specialized surgeons, to practice groups in both State and Federal Courts across New Jersey. He is responsible for critical decisional law regarding the Affidavit of Merit Statute, which offers additional levels of protection for licensed professionals facing negligence suits. Mr. Cooley has been a certified civil trial attorney for over 15 years.
