A Track Record of Success

Recently, Gregory Giordano successfully argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court on behalf of a public board of education where an individual was injured on public property off school hours, and by an animal not owned by the school. In just this year, Patrick Carrigg, Esq., again successfully argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court where the scope of employee indemnification for civil claims arising after criminal acts was defined for the first time in New Jersey.
