Robert F. Casey, Esquire successfully appeals real estate taxes for client Capital Health System, Inc. Mr. Casey was successful in reducing Capital Health’s annual tax bill for its outpatient campus on Whitehorse-Mercerville Road in Hamilton, New Jersey, netting the hospital more than $150,000 in tax savings per year, as a majority of the property, although leased, is used for a hospital-related purpose and, as such, is exempt pursuant to New Jersey law.
