In April 2019 Partners Jerry Cooley, Esq. and Patrick Carrigg, Esq. successfully defended an ophthalmologist in a jury trial before the New Jersey Superior Court, Middlesex Vicinage. Plaintiff who had lost an eye claimed that the ophthalmologist deviated from the standard of care in her treatment.
After a 17 day trial and 2 days of jury deliberation, the jury returned a no cause verdict for the Defendant ophthalmologist.
