In April 2016 partner Joseph Lang obtained a defense verdict on behalf of a Board Certified General and Thoracic Surgeon after a three-week jury trial in Mercer County Superior Court. In the case, Plaintiff claimed she suffered permanent nerve damage and injury as a result of a radio frequency ablation procedure performed by the Defendant physician.

In May 2016 Partner Patrick F. Carrigg is elected a Trustee of the South-Central Division of the New Jersey Association of School Attorneys.

In September 2016 associate Stephanie L. DeLuca, Esquire, argues before the New Jersey Appellate Division on precedent setting decision regarding a Medicaid recipient’s right to a spousal elective share despite living separate and apart for over eighteen months.
