2015 in Review

January 2015 – Patrick Carrigg, Esq. argues before the New Jersey Supreme Court on precedent setting decision regarding indemnification of public employees facing civil suits that follow criminal investigations and pleas.

February 2015 – After a five week jury trial with multi-million dollar damages stemming from wrongful birth damages, Gregory Giordano

February 2015 – After a week-long jury trial, Michael Pattanite obtains a defense verdict in Federal Court on behalf of a Nurse defending against malpractice and Constitutional claims involving an involuntarily committed mental health patient.

February 2015 – After a month long jury trial, Jerry Cooley obtains a defense verdict on behalf of a physician against claims for wrongful death involving a delay in diagnosis of cancer.

March 2015 – Michael Pattanite obtains summary judgment on behalf of the Regional Director of Psychiatry for New Jersey State Prison in claim brought by a former inmate who committed suicide while in prison.
